These amazing cinnamon rolls take LESS THAN AN HOUR to make. There is no yeast involved. There is no waiting for them to rise. But yet, you still get super delicious, fluffy, warm, and gooey cinnamon rolls when you are done. And did I mention they take less than an hour to make?? From deciding to make the cinnamon rolls to pulling them out of the oven and icing them - less than one hour!! AMAZING!!!

This makes 12-15 cinnamon rolls depending on how thick or thin you make the rolls

DOUGH :
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder (this is where the big fluffy comes from)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 (1/44 cup) butter, cold
1 cup milk, cold

Preheat over to 400. Grease 9*13 pan with butter or cooking spray. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. USe pastry cutter or fork to cut in butter until dough is crumbly. Make well in the center and add milk. Mix until you form a soft dough. Lay out onto floured surface. Knead several times until fough is workable. Work dough into a 10*12 rectabnle with hands or rolling pin.

FILLING :
1/3 cup butter, softened (not melted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon (or a bit more if you want - I usually do)

Spread softened butter all over your rolled out dough. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl until thouroughly incorporated. Sprinkle onto dough, evenly. Roll dough into a long tube, starting at long side of rectangle. Pinch seam closed. Pinch ends closed. Slice evenly into 12 rolls (I often use dental floss to do the slicing. Just slide it underneath and cut through with two ends). Place in baking sheet. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan for 1-2 minutes. Cut to separate.

GLAZE :
1 c powdered sugar
MIlk (Approximately 2 tablespoons)

Add just enough milk to powdered sugar to reach drizzling thickness. Pour over warm cinnamon rolls. Lick the bowl clean.

ENJOY THESE! Make them often. Love them. :)
